IV. Other Business

The Past President asked whether the Society was interested and if anyone would like to edit the new edition. Members of the Executive Committee will discuss the matter via email.
  2. Sean also informed members that Thomas Herron and past-EIRC Editor Frances Malpezzi encouraged him to expand the 2009 Marvell issue of EIRC into an edited volume of essays. After discussion, consensus was that all contributors to the issue should be contacted for their opinion and permission for such a project. The Past President will contact contributors and report back to the Executive Committee by email. The Vice President and Executive Secretary will survey papers recently presented at SCRC to see which might fit within the general theme of the previous collection, The Social Character of Marvell’s Imagination; they will report back to the Executive Committee by email.

The President adjourned the meeting at 9:02 a.m.

Respectfully submitted,
Joan Faust (Executive Secretary)
