Congratulations to Dr Brett Hudson who was honoured with the second John M. Wallace Award, which recognises the best paper given by an early career academic at the Society’s annual meeting. His prize paper was titled ‘Marvell’s Satire of Corporal Punishment in the Rehearsal Transpros’d.’

Sessions for the 2014 meeting of the South-Central Renaissance Conference, including seven panels sponsored by the Andrew Marvell Society, announced.

We are especially keen to publish notes, short articles, and reviews pertaining to Marvell’s life, writings, contexts, and reception.
